Sessions

Our Core Offerings

All sessions are shaped around your needs. Please get in touch to discuss what would suit you best.

Independent Learning Time
Autumn Handcrafts

Independent Learning Time

A calm, purposeful small-group session where each child follows a personalised, child-led pathway. We nurture curiosity, build skills for self-direction, and support emotional wellbeing.

  • Children gain: Focus for longer periods, agency in their learning, and the calm that comes from working at their own pace.

  • Parents notice: Confidence, independence, sustained focus, and improved emotional regulation - skills that carry over into home and school life.

Imaginary Community
Classmates

Imaginary Community

A playful, democratic ‘parliament of imagination’ where children co-create an entire world, complete with culture, challenges, and solutions. Through role-play and collaborative storytelling, they explore fairness, leadership, empathy, and big ideas about society.

  • Children gain: Storytelling skills, empathy through perspective-taking, creative problem-solving, and the courage to imagine beyond the limits of the ‘real world.’

  • Parents notice: Richer imaginative play, improved social confidence, and deeper emotional insight as children learn to negotiate, compromise, and lead.

Sibling Sessions
Brother and Sister

Sibling Sessions

Relational sessions where siblings take on shared challenges, practising cooperation, conflict resolution, and celebration of each other’s strengths. These sessions reframe sibling dynamics into a powerful source of support and joy.

  • Children gain: Teamwork skills, empathy for each other’s perspective, and the joy of shared success.

  • Parents notice: Reduced conflict at home, stronger sibling bonds, and a shift from competition to collaboration

Parent and Child sessions
Homeschooling

Parent & Child Sessions

Joint sessions where Elizabeth models strength-based relational coaching. Parents and children take on bespoke challenges together, building trust, understanding, and shared joy.

  • Children gain: The security of working alongside a present, engaged parent, and the excitement of being stretched in a safe environment.

  • Parents notice: A stronger, more attuned connection with their child, and clearer insight into how their child learns, communicates, and thrives.

Rising 12
Youth Club Meeting_edited.jpg

Rising 12+

A calm, purposeful weekly session designed for young people (12+) to develop resilience, self-compassion, and confidence as they navigate the challenges of adolescence. Through guided activities, reflection, and mindfulness, teens learn practical strategies for managing anxiety, building inner strength, and meeting challenges with courage.

  • Young people gain: Tools for managing stress and anxiety, greater confidence in themselves, and the resilience to approach challenges without avoidance. They learn how to steady their minds and emotions, and how to treat themselves with kindness instead of self-criticism.

  • Parents notice: Increased calm and confidence, stronger emotional regulation, and a shift from self-doubt to self-belief. These skills create a more positive outlook that carries over into home, school, and social life.

Parent Forum
Laughing during a Lecture

Parent Forums

Monthly, facilitated spaces where parents can reflect, share, and gain practical tools to support their child’s learning and emotional growth. These are not lectures, but rich conversations rooted in real experiences and mutual learning.

  • Children gain: A parent who is calmer, more grounded, and emotionally safe - and who models lifelong learning in their own relationships.

  • Parents notice: Connection with like-minded families, practical strategies, and the reassurance of knowing they are not navigating the journey alone.
